An active member of the Hilton Head Association of Realtors, Felice is a Lifetime recipient of the prestigious Distinguished Sales Award. She has also been awarded the Realtor Service Award for her tireless efforts supporting the Hilton Head Island real estate community as well as her many hours of community service. She is committed to maintaining the highest level of professionalism among Realtors. She is also an active member of South Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Felice is also a member of the Home Builders Association and tries to stay current with local building laws and code changes. She enjoys remodeling and is never finished with her own home. She is happy to share with you local trends and tips to decorate your home as well as to stage your home properly during the selling process.
Felice's past experience includes teaching Broadcasting & Film at Mercer University in Macon, GA. She moved to Atlanta where she was an account executive for WSB Radio. She sold radio advertising for the AM & FM stations as well as Sports sales of the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Falcons, and University of Georgia. She says that her past work experiences prepared her well for real estate. Felice says "It is critical to anticipate and pay attention to detail in a real estate transaction. On a personal note... When Felice isn't selling real estate, she enjoys time with friends & family. She enjoys everything about the beach from sunrise to sunset. She enjoys biking the numerous trails around Hilton head Island. When at home she can be found in the kitchen cooking for friends & family. Felice says, "good food, good wine, good friends and living with the exquisite wildlife and nature that Hilton Head has to offer is living my dream." One of her passions are her "animal children." Ali, Sammy, Nicky, Eva & Izzy,---all rescues. Felice likes to help the local Humane Associations place homeless cats and dogs. She works diligently to decrease the homeless animal population by supporting spay & neuter programs. Felice says, "if you are kind to the animals, you will be kind to people, too." That is how Felice lives.
